Along the valley until we reach Betws y coed, where we begin our steady climb towards Capel Curig, but don’t worry we climb at our own pace and regroup at the top. A cafe stop a Plas y brenin before our descent back into Betws and then along the A470 until Llanwrst and over a small bridge and returning the way we came.
