Joyride Cycles Summer Road Series

facebook.com/groups/JoyrideWomens The Summer Road Series runs every Tuesday night. Rides are purely on tarmac - taking in a different route every week on the quiet country roads around Weedon Bec. Rides are suitable for beginner - intermediate road riders. A typical pace for a mid summer ride would be around 12mph or 20kmh, but we will always go at the pace of the slowest rider and never leave a rider behind. The first few rides in April will generally be slower to accommodate new riders. Ride distance will start in April at 10-15 miles, building up to 20 miles in June. The route will vary depending on the weather, light, and ability of the riders on the day. Please join the Facebook group facebook.com/groups/JoyrideWomens, where details of the day's route, and any cancellations due to weather etc will be posted. Please note that the distance, speed and duration that comes up on the ride information is a generic set of data that I have to enter on to the website.
