Starting point
Kendal leisure Centre Car Park at the far end towards the cycle path. (if you see a big group of cyclists that will be us :) )
Join us for a nice leisurely bike ride around the roads and lanes of South Lakeland either towards Grange or Arnside, more information can be found here: http://kendal.cc/women/ The routes are approximatley 25 miles in length and are mostly flat, with an average speed of around 10mph on the flat. We stop for coffee and cake at Sizergh Castle Cafe towards the end.
The ride is part of the Kendal Cycle Club weekly club ride, you are welcome to join 3 rides as a non-member but if you would like to join the ride on a regular basis you will need to become a member of the club. I look forward to seeing you on a ride soon!
