The ride is mainly on quiet country lanes, a tow path and B roads.
We will stop at Arnside for refreshments - ice-creams if it's sunny!
Helmets, spare inner tube, snacks and a drinks bottle are advisable. Please bring some money if you wish to buy refreshments at Arnside.
