The route starts at Kendal Leisure Centre and heads towards Arnside via Silverdale. We will return via the flat Marsh Road and Sedgwick.

This is a lovely meandering ride to Arnside. Lovely scenery to enjoy along the route.

The ride is mainly on quiet country roads.

We will stop at the Bob In café at Arnside for refreshments - ice-creams if it's sunny!

Helmets, spare inner tube, snacks and a drinks bottle are advisable. Please bring some money/card if you wish to buy refreshments.
