On leaving Kendal we head for Levens before cycling along the old road to the Derby Arms. We then continue via Meathop to Grange. We return via Lindale, Witherslack and Levens.

Overall a moderate ride. There is lovely scenery along the way.

This ride is on mainly on good country roads. We will ride along on the main B5277 road from Grange to Lindale.

We will stop for refreshments on the promenade.

Helmets, a bike lock, a basic tool kit and a spare inner tube are advisable. Please bring a drinks bottle, snacks and money if you wish to buy refreshments.
