We will head out towards Natland. We join the canal tow path near Stainton, then head for Crooklands. We will return via Farlton, Ackenthwaite and Sedgwick.

This is a very pleasant and gentle route, providing a great opportunity to get out on your bike. There are some lovely views to take in on this ride.

We will be riding mainly on quiet country roads and lanes.

We will have a refreshment stop at café Ambio at Junction 36.

It is always advisable to wear a helmet and carry a spare inner tube. Please bring a drinks bottle and money / cards if you wish to buy refreshments.
