As we move into autumn, come and join me on this lovely countryside route through East Kent. Starting in Sandwich we will cycle through Woodnesborough, Staple, Bramling and the Kent mining villages of Aylesham, Elvington, Tilmanston and Betteshanger. We will stop for a short coffee break and there will be opportunities to take photographs.
This is an undulating ride and it is important you are able to ride the full 25 miles as there is only one opportunity to take a train back to the start should you feel the ride is too much for you.
Helmets are compulsory on this ride.
Please remember plenty of fluids, medication you rely upon, inner tube for your bike and the tools to change an inner tube.
It is important that you can change an inner tube or have the contact details of someone who can collect you should you have a mechanical issue with your cycle. Ride leaders are not allowed to assist you with mechanical issues at the present time.
COVID-19. We are following Government guidelines and will maintain the minimum 1m social distancing rules. If you have symptoms of Covid-19 or are currently self-isolating please do not attend the ride. You will not be allowed to join and will be turned away. If any member of your household is self-isolating please do not attend the ride.
