Everyone welcome for this roughly 32 mile off-road ride to Roker. Starting from the Cycle Hub we will pass by Nissan and join the river Wear. At Roker we will stop for lunch before heading up along the coastline on the rougher tracks to South Shields, through the pedestrian tunnel and back via Wallsend.

Bring a spare inner tube and enough water.
