An undulating route for the more experienced cyclist (no newbies please), this will quickly take you out of the Black Country conurbation and into the rolling hills of South Staffordshire around Kinver. Using many of the quieter back lanes, the Kinver Klimer takes in the 'Sheepwalks climb' - a challenging favourite amongst the local cycling fraternity, and one to tell your mates about in the pub afterwards. With unobstructed views over towards Shropshire and the Clee Hills, the route provides great opportunities to enjoy the countryside and remind ourselves of one of the many advantages cycling holds. Like all good routes, it also has a lovely tea stop built in and, although this is within the last 8 miles of the route, just as importantly there are no real climbs afterwards so you really can indulge yourself and have that extra wedge of cake !. A route that has been enjoyed by those that have ridden it so far and a great way of introducing yourself to the longer cycle rides. See you there !!!
