Starting from - Starting at Apex Cycleworks if you arrive early you can grab a brew , Laura and James at Apex are keen to see as many at this LCL ride and will give you a warm welcome. If you've not been to Apex before James has a full workshop should you need a last minute tweak. FY8 5RL

The Get Going rides are ideal for newcomers who want to experience riding in a group before maybe joining a local club, many past participants we now see happily sat in the peloton of a club and this make us proud. You don't need to be a beginner maybe you haven't been on the bike for a while or just fancy a little plod , we welcome more experienced riders who will also help with any newbies that come along. There is never anyone left behind and feel free to ask on the ride any questions you have and we can recommend some excellent clubs in your area should you wish to pursue this further. I say we as i often have some LCL committee along to help out and my wife Debbie should be along so ladies its not all fellas!
