L&D Hospital Social Ride (Group Ride along Route 6, via A5505 Woodside Link towards Sundon, Luton.)

Group Ride along Route 6 ride via A5505 Woodside Link towards Sundon, Luton.
You'll start at the L&D Hospital and follow the cycle paths and quiet roads towards Sundon Luton, parallel to the Woodside Link. You'll see some lovely views along the way and get some fresh air and exercise.
This ride is suitable for all levels of cyclists, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned rider. It's just enough to get your heart pumping and your muscles working. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to stop and rest, chat with other riders, and take some photos.

Now for the Covid bit….
Although Covid restrictions have been lifted we are asking all riders to be respectful to the other riders. Please do not attend if you have Covid symptoms.
Please remember to bring with you
- Helmet
-Spare inner tubes for your bike and appropriate tools, even if you don't know how to change an inner tube there are other people in the group to help.
-A water bottle with a drink in, cycling can be thirsty work.
- Appropriate clothing for the weather.
