In order to cater for everyone who likes cycling to The Rising Sun on a Wednesday morning you have a choice of two Rides. Everyone starts at Asda at 10am One group will go out via Jesmond and Armstrong Bridge, the other via Gosforth Nature Reserve. We'll all meet up in the Country Park cafe and there will be opportunity for some limited chopping and changing for the return.
This is an experiment so please be prepared to behave like a guinea pig!
Please remember your wet weather gear and tools to fix a puncture. You may wish to bring a drink and a snack.
