Cycling Skills and Confidence Building

Never learnt to ride? - Looking to get back on the bike? - Want to build your cycling confidence? Then why not join our Learn to Ride and Confidence Building Ride Series. These rides/sessions are suitable for the complete beginner and for anyone looking to improve their skills and cycling confidence. The sessions offer learn to ride skills tailored to each individual and will work on skills including balance, cornering, braking and more! There will also be a gentle led ride on traffic free park paths for those who can cycle. The terrain will be gentle and will provide a good introduction to cycling for those who are new or returning to cycling after a long period or wanting to improve their bike skills. A dis-used Car Park will be used as a warm up area for the led ride and for cycling/learn to ride skills. Bike and Helmets can be provided. Booking is essential.
