This is a coaching session and not a led ride.

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

These sessions are perfect if you are new to riding your bicycle or if you can already ride a bike and would like to brush up on your skills. We will teach you how to ride more confidently.

All of these sessions are off road. They take place at the tennis courts on Evington Park.

We will provide you with a helmet, bicycle and hi-viz vest for the session. If you have your own bicycle we encourage you to bring it along for the session. RULES Please turn up on time to these sessions, if you are more than 10 minutes late we cannot guarantee that you can join the session. The start of the session is incredibly important as this is when we do the safety checks and health and safety. These sessions are 50 minute sessions, you want to make the most of this time. We will be running two sessions per day, please sign up to only one session in each day. If you, for example, sign up to the 9.30am session AND the 10.30am session on 14th March we will cancel one of your bookings. You are more than welcome to sign up to a session on the 14th, 21st AND 28th March If you cannot attend a session please cancel your booking and please let us know as soon as possible by either e-mailing [email protected] or sending us a message through this website. If you do not cancel your booking and do not attend we will cancel any future bookings that you may have made. We will contact you by text a week before you are due to attend your session, please could you respond to this text within 48 hours, if you are unable to text you can always message us through this website. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours we will cancel your booking and make your space available to others. TIPS Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear such as plimsoles, flat shoes or trainers. Wear warm clothing in cold weather and bring a pair of gloves. A few layers is best, as you can take them off when you get quite warm. Baggy trousers can be tucked into long socks, or we can provide you with bands to keep trousers out of bicycle moving parts.
