Our ride starts from Leavesden Cycle Hub and heads out on High Elms Lane to Garston and then continues through the Meriden Estate to the Meriden Community Centre before crossing the A41 to use the Abbey Way Cycle Path and then turn on to the High Street. The route continues up the High Street to use the underpass and follows the cycle path alongside Rickmansworth Road to reach Cassiobury Park.
From the park the ride continues out on Cassiobury Drive and through the estate to Grove Mill Lane and takes in some hill climbing to reach Langleybury Lane and returns to the cycle hub via Hunton Bridge along another uphill section along South Way.

Please consider the weather and wear clothing to suit the conditions, and also a hi-vis top and gloves are recommended. Please bring lights for your bike and two spare inner tubes - as changing an inner tube is faster than getting out the rubber glue if punctures happen. The Ride Leaders can help if anyone in the group has a puncture on the day. Leavesden Cycle Hub sell inner tubes from £4 new, or recycled ones for 50p patched, £1 with no patches, should you need to purchase one.

Please check your bike is in good working order before the ride - especially that your brakes are working & your tyres are pumped to the correct pressure.

We are Not-For-Profit, do free bike assessments and should your bike need a tune up or a full service, we'll give you an honest price.

We look forward to riding with you. :)
