About the route
A great route to ride with family and friends, cycling from Middelton Golf Club, the route heads out in the direction of Robin Hood before changing direction towards Rothwell. The route uses part of the “Rothwell cycleway” and continues along the trans Pennine trail (NCN route 62). The route then heads towards Rothwell Country Park, which now boasts an extensive network of paths including a ‘sculpture trail’ and ‘pond trail’ before returning to Middelton Golf Club.
