Starting point

Greater Manchester
WN7 2LA

This ride explores the Bridgewater Way and upgraded paths as the result of the Bee Network.

This route is planned to stick to mainly good tracks and is subject to change depending on weather.

It's a flat scenic route using the Bridgewater Canal To Monton and Roe Green Line from which we take a short steep hill and track to enter Worsley Woods dropping down to the Kempnough Brook then under the M60 to ride past Old Warke Dam and historic Worsley Delph where we will stop for refreshments at the horse box. The return route will use the excellent new paths past the RHS Bridgewater.

Please bring a suitable inner tube for your wheel size and puncture repair kit.
