Start at millennium bridge Lancaster and head out on the a6 towards Carnforth and crag bank and warton then Leighton moss for a brew and cake from there we head out the back of Leighton moss back towards warton then back to crag bank then back to Lancaster make sure you wear suitable clothing for the weather bring money for cafe stop and stuff to fix a puncher
