We will meet at the top ofRed House Lane, Leiston where there is plenty of parking. The route out to Darsham will be via the back roads of Leiston to Theberton and Middleton then on to Westleton and Darsham. We will return via Eastbridge to Leiston.
The route is not traffic free but is on the quietest roads.

A gentle ride for ladies ridden on the quietest roads. This is a social ride and will be ridden at the pace of the slowest rider. Ideal for anyone who is new to group cycling & anyone who just enjoys a relaxed social ride.

A refreshment stop at the Emmerdale farm cafe

Helmets advisable. A spare inner tube & tyre levers, a drink of water, money for cafe.
