Let's Get Moving - Buses & Barges

This is a great route, all off road and firm. There are some hills on the guided bus way, but you will be rewarded with some downhills too. We return along the towpaths of the canal and this is flat and firm.
Many of you in my group will be familiar with this very popular ride and I wanted to meet up with you all again as I've not been able to do many rides over the last 6-8 weeks.

A great ride, all off road using the guided bus way and designated cycle route to Monton. Then returning along the canal to Leigh. This is a social ride for people of all abilities.

All off road and good surfaces. This route is suitable for most, if not all bike types.

We will make a scheduled coffee stop in Monton but many stops along the way for little breaks, drinks, photos.

Helmets are always advisable. Bring some money/card for refreshments and any drink snack that you might want along the way. Dress to suit the forecast too.
