Hi Everyone,

This is a easy-going ride open to both men and women. Our rides are relaxed and friendly and you will be supported by British Cycling trained Ride Leaders throughout.

Route
This enjoyable off road loop takes you from Plymbridge down the Plym Valley and round Saltram Park. The route is just over 7 miles in length with a couple of hills and stunning views of the River Plym and Devonshire countryside.

Registration
Please meet at Plymbridge Woods Carpark by the blue container. Please ensure you arrive at 6.15pm to allow for registration, the cycle will leave at 6.30pm.

What do I Need?
Please check they are in good working order before the day of the event i.e. brakes, gears. Please make sure you bring appropriate clothing, plus a drink. Wearing a cycle helmet is a condition of participating in this ride.

British Cycling will use the information you give us for administration and research purposes in the delivery of these rides. This may include contacting you by email or SMS with reminders or information about your chosen rides. The Sports Development Unit will also collect additional personal information on the day.
