Let's Ride Plymouth- Plymbridge Woods to Saltram (BIKE HIRE)

Hi Everyone,

This is a mixed gender ride open to all. This ride has been been posted as a steady ride as there are one or two hills - but please don't be put off!

Route
We have some amazing routes created in association with our friends at the National Trust. Make the most of some beautiful countryside, and great facilities for cyclists. This enjoyable off road loop takes you from Plymbridge down the Plym Valley and round Saltram Park.  The route is just over 7 miles in length with a couple of hills and stunning views of the River Plym and Devonshire countryside.

What to bring?
Please make sure your bike is in good working order before the ride. You will also need to bring a spare inner tube to fit your bike and some warm clothing. For your safety we also recommend you wear a helmet.
