Let's Ride Through Winter - Leighton Moss from Kendal

On leaving Kendal we head for Leighton Moss via Holme and Yealand Redmayne. We will return via Sandside and Heversham. There are wonderful views along the way which we can stop and admire.

A leisurely bike ride around the roads and lanes of South Lakeland. This is a lovely meandering ride.

Most of the route is mainly on narrow lanes and quiet country roads, with several short hills (but not too steep).

We will stop at the café at Leighton Moss RSPB Nature Reserve for refreshments.

Helmets, spare inner tube and a drinks bottle are advisable. You will need card / money if you wish to buy refreshments.
