Very soon we will go up Kirk Dale, which goes up to a sustained 16/17%.
If anybody wants to avoid this, we will pass Lady Mannerrs School on Schutts Lane at approx. 10:30, please let me know. Please note there is restricted parking outside the school.

35 miles, 3,800' climbing. A really lovely, hilly route, taking us to the very South of the Peak District. The 2024 season of well-dressings is beginning and Tissington is one of the villages with the most wells (6). We haven't visited there before. This is a fairly challenging ride because of the first hill but this can be accommodated - see below.
