********* Liverpool to Scarborough ******** coast to coast Just a quick heads up for anyone participating in the journey above. I am planning on doing this 15th August, saturday. The route is around 145 miles or so with a pre-emptive plan of stopping for a 10 -15 minute food and toilet break every two hours or so. much better than riding to exhaustion then stopping for a 3 hour cafe break and being unable to continue. with a large group 12 hours should be achievable. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the trip it will be road bikes only. To make your lives easier I would strongly recommend a minimum of three 50 mile rides per week. I will be sorting out a route and alternative routes very soon. ********* important. the ride will be around 12 hours or so. i can only set it to 10 hours on here. the date may change. i dont know if i can edit the date on this ride or if i would need to create it again.

Who else is on this ride?
