We will take the back road to Llanfair Clydogau, stopping there for drinks and refreshments, at just over 7 miles.
On the return journey, we will climb the hill to Longwood, and then descend to Llangybi. We will then turn right on the A485, travelling about 2 miles before turning right at Cockshead and retracing our route back to Tregaron.
Participants can join anywhere along the route.
This route is just under 1000 ft climbing, it is mostly undulating, with one harder climb just after the refreshment stop.
