Starting from - Llanilar Old Station Car Park - from Aberystwyth direction, straight on over the mini roundabout then turn immediately left. Follow the road down to the bottom, go past the school, SY23 4PA

A nice flat straight out and back to Trawscoed. No rush, we will take our time, have a chat, nice and relaxed. I stay at the back of the ride and no one will ever be left behind.

Flat road with no hills

Helmets compulsory and I would advise you bring a front and rear light and a spare inner tube
