We will take the Bont road, onto Ystrad Meurig, turning left to the outskirts of Swyddffynon and Lledrod. We will rejoin the main road near Tynreithin back to Tregaron and stop at in Tregaron after for refreshments if required.
Please dress for the weather, bring water and snacks you will need for the journey, we will stop when required and if any climbs are too high, we will walk/wait for others. Also please wear a helmet and bring tools and spare inner tubes.
