Usually about 35 Miles. Route details will be posted on MBR Whatsapp group on Tuesday evening. Pace will be upwards of 13.5 mph average. Contact me if you are not sure you can maintain this speed. We like to encourage and support new riders.

There are 16 places available and there will likely be two groups on the day depending on numbers signed up.
** Please note there is also a similar ride available for those wishing to go at an easygoing pace so please sign up to the ride that best suits you **
