This is the first training ride for those Ladies Signed up to "Ride For Helen". This will be 24 Miles
We will mainly be riding on quiet country lanes. There will be a HILL - but don't worry we will stop at the top and wait for everyone.
We will be stopping at The Braxted Bakery for a bite to eat. The cafe does accept Credit/Debit cards
Please make sure your Bike is in full working order and helmets are compulsory
