Leave hay car park towards Whitney on a fairly busy road we then head towards the famous oak tree, that’s the easy bit ,this is where the road deteriorates it gets very narrow, gravelly and can be muddy, from there it’s hilly until we reach to top. We will stop to admire the view and catch our breath , then it’s downhill to Clyro and into Hay for a cuppa and cake.
Quite hilly with lovely views
Not suitable for road bikes.
Please make sure your bike is road worthy and you wear a helmet. Please also bring money for refreshments after.
