Starting from - Meet outside the Fig and Fennel on the corner of Park Lane and School Lane. There is a small car park on the left at the end of the shops or park on the nearby roads if there are no spaces, SK12 1AX

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

We will leave the Fig and Fennel coffee shop and head up Anson Road and along the Middlewood Way where we will cycle to the A6 and quickly get into the old main road and then to the bypass road where we will follow the bypass to Woodford where we go in the road till the Poynton by pass where we will head to the main road into Poynton and back to the centre for coffee

A lovely route round Poynton

Mostly cycle tracks and off road Middlewood Way. Some roads through Poynton.

We will return to Poynton for a coffee stop

Helmets advised. Being a spare inner tube if you have one and a lock for your bike. Bring a drink and money for coffee if you are staying afterwards.
