Starting at Ludlow Eco park out to Stanton Lacu, Onibury, Downton to Leintwardine and back. A few hills but that's Ludlow.
Mainly quiet lanes with a couple of B roads and a very short section to cross the A49 at Onibury.
Coffee in Leintwardine and a dip in the river if you fancy.
Please have your helmet, a spare inner tube, money for coffee, cossie and towel if you are dipping.
