There are no toilets but there is a large Asda on Coryton roundabout junction 32 on the M4, CF14 2FU

A lovely route heading out through the lanes and villages of Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan and Rhondda Cynon Taff to Pontypridd
The ride is mainly on country lanes with a traffic free route back on the Taff Trail
We will stop in Pontypridd for lunch. This is well over halfway so please bring a snack to keep you going!
Please bring helmets, a drink, sun cream, a pump and spare inner tube, and a card or cash for refreshments.
We never leave anyone behind
