Loopy Lou....

Meeting at Stithians Lake at 10.30pm . A ride of 2 halves today, first from the lake riding over to Lanner and looping back to Stithians and the lake. Picking up those whose would like a shorter ride and following the road around the lake, through Stithians village and up the other side to our starting point.

As with all of Cornwall, a few hill nips, but the second ride around the lake is a slow comfortable cycle dictated you, so its slow and walking as and when needed.
