Victoria Park

A scenic ride starting from Victoria Park, cycling through the Lower Lea Valley with riverside cycling most of the way. One of London's best kept secrets, Victoria Park is a fantastic place to spend an afternoon. Take in the sights of the city's first public park, opened in the East End in 1845 by Queen Victoria. The ride showcases the regenerated Lower Lea Valley, home to the Olympic Park. This is a fantastic family fun ride. If you’re fairly confident on your bike and ready to broaden your cycling horizons, our Steady rides are ideal. At a comfortable pace, and possibly with some modest hills along the way, rides take place on mainly quiet roads with plenty of sights along the way. Rides are between 6 and 20 miles long, at a moderate pace of between 7 and 10 miles an hour.
