LWCG ride to Gressingham

We will be cycling up the Lune cycle path to Bull Beck, then on from there to Hornby, doubling back on the other side of the river through Gressingham and Over Kellet, with a diversion up to Capernwray for coffee and cake, before returning home via Nether Kellet.

**MEETING AT THE MILLENNIUM BRIDGE - PLEASE NOTE THE CORRECT POSTCODE IS LA1 1AY** We are returning to Hornby and Gressingham for another spin! Expect fabulous views (weather permitting). For anyone who joined me the first time, this route will be sightly different as we are cutting out the canal, and will instead be returning via Nether Kellet rather than Bolton Le Sands. NB: This is a social ride and we will ride at the pace of the slowest participant. 1. Please keep a 2 meter distance from each other at all times and stick to the rule of 6 when stopped and ride at a 1m distance. 3. You are responsible for your own respiratory hygiene (masks) and hand hygiene (hand wash). You are also responsible for your own First Aid and bike maintenance. 4. No sharing of food, equipment, drinks etc. 5. Track and Trace is via Lets Ride, please do not come if you have Covid etc. 6. Have a plan b to get home if something happens. 7. Dress appropriately to the weather and bring refreshments, medicines as required.

Cafe stop will be at Iona's Just Desserts at Capernwray (included in the gpx attached)

Please bring money for food, plus your own hand sanitiser and mask, first aid and puncture repair kits.
