Please join us for a leisurely morning ride with sea views.
Mostly cycle paths, quite roads & off road. A round trip to Milford on Sea stopping at the Needles Eye Café on the way.
There is are some gravel surfaces on the way, especially near Hurst Spit. The route is mostly flat with an easy up hill at the end!
Please make sure you wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions and a working set of lights. Also remember your money for the coffee stop and a lock may be useful as we will probably end up sitting inside.
