This route is pretty flat and being traffic free for most of the distance allows for a very social ride.

This a pleasant flat ride along disused railway lines and canal banks that have good surfaces for cycling. we leave Cringle Park on quiet roads heading to the Fallowfield Loop down to Chorlton where we wind our way along quiet roads to the Mersey. Then it's onto the Bridgewater Canal down to the Trans Pennine Trail then a straight ride takes us all the way to Lymm

This is a mainly off road with only three short of quiet road. All the off road sections are good surfaces

We will stop for refreshments at Lymm so don't forget your purse/wallet, and along the way if we see anything interesting

I advise the wearing of a helmet. Please also bring a spare inner tube, basic tools and a pump.

We never leave anyone behind
