This is a flat but challenging route on good surfaces which starts from one of Manchester's premier parks and takes us to the beautiful village of Lymm, where we will stop for some well earned refreshments.

This is a flat route on good tracks, quiet roads and canal towpaths which take us from the heart of Manchester through the Cheshire countryside to Lymm village.

We will have a well earned refreshment break at Lymm so please bring either money or a card, or both the choice is yours.

Please ensure you have the following spare inner tube, tyre levers, puncture repair kit and a multi tool. I recommend the wearing of a helmet. Owing to the distance l advise you bring a drink with you.

Please ensure that both you and your bike can complete this ride
