Made in the East End: The East End Ride Out
09.00
We plan to keep a good steady pace as we meander through the quietways of the East End and head through Manor Park, Ilford, Romford and then on to our half way stop at South Weald Country Park. From here we lopp around towards Navestock and then back to our start point through Hainault and Barkingside.

A few climbs, but nothing huge. This is a good ride to use as a step up towads bigger things. You must be able to average at least 12 MPH and please note the 40 mile distance.

Bring carrots to feed the deer!

All participants are expected to bring: • A bike in good working order with tyres pumped to the correct pressure. (If in doubt, have it checked over by a local bike shop or qualified mechanic). • Carry at least a spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers. • Dress for the weather. • A drink and energy bar. • Lights if there is any chance of poor visibility.
