MADE in the East End - Training Ride: "Fat Boy Rouleur"

!!** Please note that this month's ride will be a longer training ride of approximately 55 Miles heading into the Essex countryside, to support those taking part in the Ride London event **!! There will be three stops along the way: Redbridge Cycle Centre Blackmore Epping No under 12's and under 16's must be accompanied by the adult who has booked them on the ride. Please dress appropriately for the weather on the day. All participants are expected to bring: • A bike in good working order with tyres pumped to the correct pressure. (If in doubt, have it checked over by a local bike shop or qualified mechanic). • Carry at least a spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers. • Dress for the weather. • A drink and energy bar/cash. • Lights, if there is any chance of poor visibility.
