Please arrive at least 15 minutes before start time so bikes can be checked, any comfort breaks taken so we are ready to roll on time. IP29 5NR

These rides are suitable for anyone.
The distance will vary according to participants 15-25 miles and speed between 6-10mph.
There is a 'no drop' policy, everyone on ride stays together as a group and encourages those who may need a little extra help.
This is a social not a training ride, you must stay with the group and the pace set by the slowest person if you are unable or are not willing to do this we may ask you to leave the ride for safety reasons.
It is not a race or competition we just want to encourage you to get out on your bike and meet new people so come along and have some fun!
We ask ladies to wear helmets, ensure bike is road worthy, tyres inflated to correct pressure, bring puncture repair kit or inner tubes, bike pump or CO2 gas cannisters, appropriate clothing, drink for journey and cash for refreshments afterwards. If you have not been on your bike in a long time feel free to attend venue early so one of the shop mechanics can check it over for you.
Start and finish at Maglia Rosso Café where there is ample free car parking.
If you book and cannot make it please cancel your place on the site with at least 24 hours notice as I do not always have time to check register before ride.
