Starting from - We will meet up in the car park at Magor square. You should hopefully be able to park here but if not, there are 2 other car parks nearby. One is in Withy Close (just off Withy Walk) and the other is at Sycamore Terrace (just off Newport Road, near the Co-op). NP26 3HY

The ride leaves Magor square car park and heads along St. Brides valley out to the A48. There is a section along here for about a mile before we turn off into the quieter lanes again. We then join the B4245 for just over a mile before tackling the steepest climb of the ride. It is doable though and you can always walk it. We then get the reward of the downhill before a short gentle climb to the café.
After a well earned rest, we return back down the same section of the B4245 until we turn off and head to Bishton. We then finish with a flat section around Redwick and back into Magor.
It is listed as challenging - not for distance but because of the climbs and roads used.

A looping ride from Magor tackling some hills to Cabin Cwtch café at Langstone

This ride uses a mixture of quiet country lanes, a bit of traffic free cycle lanes and some busier roads. Perfect for e-bikes as there are a few hills to tackle! Please make sure you are happy to ride on these roads.

We will stop for refreshments in Langstone after we have tackled the worst of the hills. We will also regroup at the top and bottom of all hills.

Please wear a helmet and bring some money for the coffee stop. Also, a spare tube would be a wise thing to carry.

We never leave anyone behind
