Make time for yourself in October series.

Each week i will select one of the signed up riders to ask where they would like to ride too and / or what they would like to get out of the ride.

The routes may include - cycle paths, canals, roads, trail.

Do to local restrictions in Lancashire there will be no cafe stops.

1. Road worthy bike. 2. Suitable clothing. 3. Refreshments. 4. Hand sanitiser. 5. Face mask. 6. First Aid kit. 7. Bike repair kit. 8. Anything else you deem necessary, ie. medicines.
