Manchester Winter Warmer

This route is perfect for getting out on your bike and warming up on a fresh winter’s morning. It is fairly flat all the way round and we will mainly be on roads with cycle lanes, riding at a steady pace of 11 to 12 mph. Starting from All Saints Park on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre, we will ride out to Carrington, passing through Fallowfield, Northenden and Sale. There’s the option of stopping for coffee in either Urmston or at the Trafford Centre, before we head back into Manchester via Trafford Park and Salford Quays. At the end of the ride, there’s another chance get warm by enjoying the delights of the excellent hot food and drinks available at Manchester’s Christmas Markets.
