This is a lovely route that is mostly traffic-free. There is one smaill hill near Tillicoultry.

We will start at Manor Powis on NCN76 which is traffic-free. From there we'll cycle towards Tullibody where we'll turn off onto a traffic-free section of NCN768 to Menstrie. From Menstrie we'll continue on NCN768 to Alva - this section uses quiet Cycling, Riding and Walking Friendly Roads. From Alva we'll cycle on the traffic-free section of the NCN to Tillicoultry where we'll stop for coffee.

From Tillicoultry we’ll take the traffic-free route to Alloa which passes near Fishcross and Sauchie and then from Alloa we’ll cycle to Cambus and on to Manor Powis.

This route is a greate way to explore the traffic-free cycle routes in Clackmannanshire. There is one hill near Tillicoultry but it's ok to get off and walk if you need to.

Much of this route is traffic-free or on roads with low levels of traffic.

We will stop for coffee in TIllicoultry.

We'll stop for coffee so bring a bike lock.

We never leave anyone behind
