Meet us at GAILS Loughton at 9.45am ready to roll out at 10am. Feel free to arrive earlier if you wanna grab something to eat or a pre-ride coffee.

We're aiming to cover 29km of the best Epping Forest has to offer, and along the canal with a few smooth tarmac connectors. There are a couple of spicy hills, but there's no shame in walking where needed.

Your ride lead is Elle - a Breeze Ride Leader (on hiatus) and British Cycling Level 2 Cycling Coach. Elle is also an ambassador for Liv Cycling UK and currently rides the Liv Devote Gravel Bike.

Whether you’re a seasoned gravel grinder or just dipping your tyres in for the first time, you’ll fit right in. Gravel or hybrid bikes are ideal (mountain bikes welcome, too), and we deliberately ride at the pace of the slowest pedal stroke—because nobody gets left behind. We’ll pull over whenever we need to catch our breath, refuel with snacks, swap trail tips or just soak in the scenery.

So bring your sense of adventure, pack an extra snack or two, and get ready to roll with a judgement-free squad of women who celebrate strength in every form.
