Off we go on a pretty flat ride over to mecano bridge.
We cycle on tracks and through 2 parks we have to negotiate Bolton Center on main roads only for a short time.
We will stop at a new cafe half way through the ride...
Helmets are a must on my rides along with a spare innertube. Also mask and sanitizer. Pennies for our cafe.
